Have you ever sold an editable PDF (invitations, forms etc) and have your customers ask if they could change the text size, color and font type on their own? You can let your users choose what color or font they want for their editable PDFs using this method.
Since the design is created with Illustrator, it cannot be modified, which is a good thing because you don’t want people to edit your design and resell it. The technique explained here applies only to the text field, the design cannot be modified.
